How to sleep on a pillow.
Place the whole neck on the pillow, not just the head. Make sure that C7 (the last neck spine) is on the pillow
Or pull the edge of the pillow slight over your shoulder.
When sleep on your side, always tug your shoulder under the pillow. Pull the pillow closest to the base of your neck.
